Get ready for four amazing days in Napa Valley, CA. Arriving on April 20th, with time to settle in and unwind, you will have an afternoon and evening at leisure. Live in the Vineyard Goes Country formally kicks off on April 21st and continues through lunch on the 23rd. Specific event details, including the schedule, are forthcoming but see a sample schedule from 2025 below.

Day 1 - April 21
WELCOME RECEPTION
Afternoon into evening
Set on the beautiful grounds of a local Napa Valley winery, all guests will enjoy exquisite appetizers and wine accompanied by live, artist performances as we kickoff the experience.
VIP DINNERS
Evening into night
VIPs will break out into small groups at various locations for intimate music, food & wine dinners featuring award winning chefs, celebrated winemakers, and private musical performances right at the dinner table.
Day 2 - April 22
VIP TAILGATE EVENT
Midday into early afternoon
Hosted at a beautiful winery, the VIP Tailgate will make for a memorable afternoon of live music from artists and singer/songwriters, food and wine for all guests.
UPTOWN THEATRE CONCERT
Evening into night
Main Stage concerts will feature five must-see, live performances, for a magical night of music in the heart of downtown Napa.
Day 3 - April 23
SEND-OFF BRUNCH
Morning to midday
A morning of music, food, and wine hosted at a picturesque winery featuring live performance for all of our guests. This event is for the larger LITVGC group.
