Live in the Vineyard Goes Country is now in its 8th installment — and this spring marks Live in the Vineyard's 18th anniversary. The format is simple and the execution is immaculate: pair today's most in-demand country artists with Napa's most respected vintners and a roster of chefs who have stopped needing to prove anything. How the Days Unfold

Guests arrive on April — a day early by design, so you can settle into your hotel, explore downtown Napa at your own pace, and arrive at Day 1 without the frantic energy of someone who just landed.

Day 1 — April opens with the Welcome Reception, set on the grounds of a Napa Valley winery as the afternoon light starts to go golden. Appetizers move through the crowd, glasses stay full, and musicians perform at close range — the kind of close where you can hear the pick on the strings. In the evening, VIP guests break into small dinner groups. These are not restaurant buyouts or buffet lines; they are intimate evenings at a single table, with a chef cooking, a winemaker pouring from the barrel, and an artist playing a set you will describe to people for years.

Day 2 — April opens with the VIP Tailgate — midday, another beautiful winery, singer-songwriters cycling through the stage while lunch is laid out. The evening belongs to the Uptown Theatre, where five main-stage sets run back to back in one of Napa's most beloved music venues. Reserved seats, full bar, the kind of crowd that knows every word.

Day 3 — April is the Send-Off Brunch: a final morning at a winery, live music, good coffee, unhurried goodbyes, and the particular feeling that comes from three days spent extremely well.

What's Included in Your Package

Your Alpenglow package covers three nights at a luxury hotel in Napa Valley, two seats at all signature LITVGC events, priority reserved seating at the VIP Tailgate and Uptown Theatre concert, luxury group transportation to and from every event, and food and beverages at each signature event. A cash bar is available at the Uptown Theatre; your package includes two complimentary drink tickets. Flights and personal dinners outside the event schedule are not included.

Should I plan additional days in Napa?
